HAVIQO / PRIVATE BETA / PRODUCT GUIDE
Haviqo for accountants and professional firms: approved pilots
Professional Firm access is disabled by default and available only through a separately approved pilot. Haviqo does not offer unrestricted client-portfolio access or unlimited entities through a public signup.
Updated . Published by Haviqo.
Agree the scope before onboarding clients
Describe the firm, intended workflows and company scope when requesting access. Pilot approval and configured access are required before a professional team can use client workflows. A marketing page is not an access grant.
Work from the company’s records
The intended workflow connects accounting, tax preparation, payroll and company records for review by authorised users. Access to a company must be established explicitly; a firm relationship does not justify access to another tenant.
Keep commercial limits explicit
Entity access follows the approved scope configured for each account. Confirm the applicable plan and entity allowance in writing before onboarding. Enterprise scope is contractual, and Professional Firm pilots require separate approval. No unlimited portfolio access is offered.
Evaluate before expanding
Begin with an agreed synthetic or otherwise authorised pilot scope and review isolation, role permissions and the intended outputs. Haviqo is not an official filing agent and does not replace the firm’s professional judgement or client mandate.
