Payroll and HR records for UAE company teams
Haviqo brings employee records, payroll preparation and leave information into the company workspace. It helps your team organise the employment facts needed for payroll review. Payslip and WPS exports are temporarily unavailable pending approved payroll records and bank-format validation.

Keep the employment record together
Maintain employee information and review the records supporting payroll, leave and employment documentation. Access is controlled by the company’s configured permissions. Use synthetic records when evaluating the demonstration workspace.
Prepare and review the payroll cycle
Review salary records, leave and end-of-service inputs against the underlying employment facts. Missing allowances and deductions must be supplied and approved, never inferred from a percentage of basic salary.
Understand the WPS boundary
WPS export is temporarily unavailable. A validated bank-specific format and approved payroll register are required before it can be enabled. Haviqo does not execute salary payments or submit to MOHRE.
A controlled evaluation
During the private beta, agree which workflows your team will test. The software does not replace an employment adviser and does not send employment documents or execute electronic signatures automatically.
