Keep registers and working documents organised
Use the company record to organise shareholder, UBO and governance information. Maintaining a record in Haviqo does not itself update a government register or satisfy an external filing requirement.
Choose the jurisdiction before drafting
The document catalogue covers UAE, DIFC, ADGM and England and Wales, with 12 template families in each catalogue. Fields and selected branches determine the draft. Review the parties, dates, jurisdiction and commercial terms before use.
Review both PDF and DOCX
PDF and DOCX exports support review and further handling outside the platform. Check bilingual text, formatting and the selected clauses. Technical availability does not mean that every possible input combination has been independently validated or that a document is suitable for your transaction.
Keep professional approval separate
Templates are drafting tools, not transaction-specific legal advice. Obtain the necessary legal and corporate approvals before signing or filing. Automatic sending, electronic signature and official submissions are not part of this workflow.
